Installation and Service Call Rates
Charges will include all traveling and living expenses incurred by Central Valley Computer Service technical representative on the customerís behalf.
Travel expenses include transportation to and from airports, trains, or bus depots; air, train or bus fare; car rental charges; private car use by technical representative will be rated at $0.67 per mile.
Living expenses include, but are not limited to, lodging and meals.
Technical assistance service rates are as follows:
∑ $75.00 per hour for travel time on normal working days
∑ $110.00 per hour for travel time on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays
∑ $95.00 per hour for work time on normal working days
∑ $125.00 per hour for work overtime on normal working days
∑ $125.00 per hour for work time on Saturdays
∑ $145.00 per hour for work time on Sundays and Holidays
Add $25.00 per hour to all of the above rates for emergency calls
Emergency call rates apply to any service call with less than 3 full working days notice.
Service call registration
date and time are based on reception of mail or faxed
Verbal orders are not acceptable.
Overtime rates apply when for any reason the appointed Technician is required to work beyond 8 consecutive hours of travel and/or work. Travel time bears no overtime.
Meals are charged on a per diem basis of $55.00 without receipts. When costs are in excess of this rate receipts will be submitted.
When conditions require the appointed technician to stay idle a full day, such as during a weekend, 4 hours per each idle day will be charged at regular work time rate.
